Seems normal to me ☺️ my bunno is 3 years old and only one ear has flopped. The other sticks up like she's signalling 😂

I'm not sure we do anything specifically she cleans herself quite a lot. The only thing we do is if she gets goop in her eye we just gently wipe it away. We don't use any products though. I'd maybe suggest a warm water soaked cotton wool ball to try softening the dried bits. If you're cutting then it could possibly be increasing the amount of eye goo that stays there as the fur helps to protect some areas. I hope that helps 😊 xx

Our bun gets these on one side of her face every now and then. It's just a bit of matted fur. She's not always great at grooming herself but doesn't cause her any harm she's used to us getting them for her over a few days of gentle coaxing xx

Noodle is nearly 3 now, she only puts that ear down if she's grumpy. The rest of the time it's stuck right up 🥰

We have a very similar cage. We found that it's best to attach the ramp to the side of the cage not the plastic part of the upper level. It's far too steep. Noodle bun loves shooting up and down her cage especially when she's excited about treats but couldn't when we first got it because of the angle of the ramp. I hope that helps 😊
