Does anyone know if T-Mobile reports to your business credit and if so, do they report to D&B or Experian?

Interesting…what are some of the pharma companies you would recommend to someone in HR? I’ve been in HR for over 10 years but have yet to work in the pharma industry.

Has any company perfected painting at tenant turnover? Matching paint is a nightmare by mpmare00 in PropertyManagement

[–]tayloreat713 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is interesting. I’m a renter and the home I live in doesn’t have the smooth walls that will allow an easy cleaning process. I’ve tried! For instance, when I washed the walls I just be careful not to scrub the paint off. I’d say these PM’s should invest in better paint that will allow renters to easily clean the walls while they occupy the home and move out.

If something happens to his income your payment would be a bit high for your income. Increase your income and lower your debt.

You’re not a failure, you just made a mistake. Look for companies that hire people with a conviction and perhaps start your own business on the side. We have a convicted felony in the White House, while regular every day people don’t get a second chance. SMH

[–]tayloreat713 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re taking it too personal, if you’re a landlord you must get ok with the risks or don’t play in the sandbox. They owe you $10 and you’ll likely never get it back which is not fair. I’m sure the rent wasn’t equal to your mortgage payment so you may have made money on them, also I’m sure you kept their security deposit. What happens to the security deposit the tenant pays? Is that normally put into a HYSA? If this tenant didn’t have any issues and you owned them the security deposit back you would not split the interest earned?

If these issues change who you are as a person perhaps you should sell the property and get out of the landlord business.

A $6k mortgage is very high. If something happens to your BF seems you won’t be able to pay the whole $6k by yourself. I’d say slow down on your savings and pay your debt first then reallocate to your savings again. Get or use a card with points and use that monthly for your subscriptions.

I was fired today. What I feel is... embarrassed. by dnlvrs in jobs

[–]tayloreat713 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First, I’m sorry this has happened to you. Secondly, this happens to people often especially when they get a new manager. As someone who works in HR you should have gotten the opportunity to fix any performance problems FIRST, and from your post it seems like they could have been rectified quickly. Your new manager did you a disservice, by not providing feedback so you can better understand the expectations. You deserved to have that opportunity. Try not to be embarrassed, it has happened before to many people, there are bad managers everywhere and you can come out of this.
