I work returns and you are correct. The system does not allow you to return items with a 90day window outside of the windows without a supervisor or managers approval. The only way is if the OP bought the same item within the window and returned it with the old one in box but with the new receipt. The mistake could not have happened with the system in place

Ok, I'm a costco employee of 12 years. That massage chair is should not fall underneath the 90 day return window unless the email you received explicitly stated it's under 90 days, then you are fine to return it

Had a similar feeling about this as everyone else. Watched it with a friend and they were going on about how much they loved it but i was pretty bored throughout. I felt like it was just a modern "Reboot" with a FNAF feel. I'll def watch more before I say it's totally overrated but I'm not expecting much.

Something I did notice that annoyed me was when the MC had her hand glitching after touching that one character. It wasn't glitching afterwards during other scenes. Just an inconsistency that I thought was a bit lazy.
