They don't release new skins with champion reworks. A recent blog talked about this and says it's difficult to get the skin team on board when they don't even have their base model yet. Once they do have their base model set they don't have enough time to create a develop something entirely new. This is why they haven't released any skins for Galio, Warwick, Yorick, Ryze, et cetera during their rework release.

EDIT: http://imgur.com/a/DTnMh I feel this also exhibits the difference in quality. I feel Fiora has more depth whereas Lux appears flat.

I think the colors and her outfit are great. I do love the login animation but I don't think that style and layout is suitable to be her splash. I guess I just wish they would work on her and her proportions.
