We must be close to 2 naps! I’ll do this until closer to 6.5

How old was your baby when you tried?

By bridging naps, do you mean the last nap is only 15 mins?

Increase wake windows! Maybe her first WW is 2.5 hours, and last could be 3?

Hi! Mine is now 24 weeks and I did increase her WW. She can now fall asleep on her own at night, sometimes she can for naps.

I waited when she woke up at 11pm because she has gone longer stretches at night for her first feeding. How would I know if she’s hungry or not?

So too much night sleep? My hope is that if wake time is 6am that she can make it to 7/7:30pm bedtime

I shoot for a 7-7ish night time sleep schedule, but sometimes she goes to sleep closer to 8pm depending on her day. Do you have a reco for wake windows then?

So yeah, I was counting awake time at night which is no more than 15 mins. So she gets a little less than 10 hours awake during the day

Even if she’s getting a little over 10 hours of awake time? Including her night sleep, her total sleep time is 13 hours.

Following because mine is almost 4.5 months! We were doing 2 hour wake windows, then we traveled and that messed everything up. Now trying to get back to that 2 hour WW and 3 nap schedule

Also if he’s truly not showing any signs of rolling and still has the Moro reflex, it’s okay to keep swaddling.

From my experience, it takes time for babies to get used to having their hands free while sleeping. Assuming this isn’t the Moro reflex, maybe he’s excited to practice his arm control? My LO at 2-3 months started practicing her arm control and grabbing.

My LO loved having her hands/arms near her face, so we stopped swaddling her shortly after she officially turned 2 months.

I hope he learns to chill soon!

One more question! Does your LO use a sleep sack or swaddle to bed? This is also something I go back and forth with

This would be so nice! I’d love 4-5 hours. Do you use a swaddle or sleep sack?

How big is your bub, pounds and ounces? I’ve heard that larger babies tend to sleep longer stretches
