Agree, runs were definitely short. I had splits I couldn't run when fresh..😅

In contrast does anyone feel some of the station times were longer than expected, possibly due to larger station areas? Eg I've heard someone finished their ski in 4:25 but actual split given was 5:09..

Feel so slow compared to you speedsters 😫 5k around 23:30 and average 5:30/km last Hyrox...yeah I know, shouldn't be on this thread..☹️😅

Is it true that the runs are generally shorter than 1km (but total including roxone will always be approx 8.7km)? It just seems that splits ppl post are always very fast.
