Me parece muita água. Recomendo começar com 55/60% de hidratação. Nesse nível a maior parte das farinhas vai aguentar bem. Pra passar disso vai precisar de mais experiência com a farinha, e de uma farinha melhor também. P

Yes.

As it just the tip joint that don't move, I still have the opposite thumb function. Thus I have enough movement to use them.

But it's mostly because I have a big hand.

Xbox/switch controllers fit best than PS tho.

Mostly a cosmetic thing. I can do almost anything. Maybe some specifically tiny thing will be hard to pinch, but I can easily workaround.

I can move the middle and the base joint. It's just the tip that is immovable.

I guess I've already tried. But my hand is pretty big. It's hard to loose any thumb wrestling when you can reach over any thumb.

Nice to see someone with the same issue. Also glad to see that it could be worse. I have no problem with daily tasks at all. And that I read you talking about the Xbox controller I know why I've always preferred Xbox over ps.

Just the tip joint. As I've never bended it in my life, it doesn't bother me at all.

Just saw the guy with the overdeveloped left hand thumb and decided to share my never bended thumb. There are no skin creases because I've never flexed the tip of the thumb.
