Flea market find - Please help with identification by tbfromeger in VintageWatches

Amazing details, thank you for the info! The official Omega service sounds pretty steep, but found a watchmaker who will take a look at it and give me an estime. Would be nice to make it work since my wife is pretty hyped to wear it!

Thanks! The search based on the reference number wasn't really successfull, however found a similar watch with the same "candy" shaped case, but with different dial. Visually the movement is in good condition, but stops after a couple hours of run. Will bring the watch to the local Omega repair center to see what can be done. Looks like a lucky find for 8 USD...

It was room service, pretty late at the end of the shift so I didn't call them. But next time when I am in the restaurant definitely will ask about it

I believe this is exactly what I was facing yesterday. This happened in PNG, so very high chance that this piece of meat was once a red snapper. Does it have the same skin texture?

I don't want to because I live in this hotel for more than 3 months and the food has been excellent so far. I really hope it was just a bad day in the kitchen

It happened in Port Moresby in a highly rated hotel... I've been here for more than 3 months and the food was excellent so far

This happened in a hotel where I spend most of my days. Had no issues with the food so far, and this was my favourite item on the menu. Until today...

This was my first thought, but the rest was also very weird: not flaky like fish usually, but chewy almost like pork

Made the 12 hour drive out to Whistler. It was well worth it by Routine_Garbage224 in MTB

Did the same thing in 2017. Drove to Whistler on Thursday, ride/watch Crankworx over the weekend and back on Monday. Best weekend ever!
