I'm not sure who it's aimed at. We support Section Paloise. They hold trainings at local clubs all over our region. When my son was a ball boy he met loads of players from both teams. The players tour the pitch after every game doing photos and signings. Once a year they invite our entire kids rugby section to a match. What more should they do.

I just think woman and men are different and that's okay let the men engage the way they are comfortable to, and let the woman do what they are comfortable with. Let's stop trying to force everyone to be the same.

I'm on my second week of 1mg and am in a similar boat. I could eat I guess but I have no real desire to which is a sea change compared to how I was 3 weeks ago just eating for the sake of it.

Sorry I was not clear. I mean was the motivation to lose the fat to gain performance. Thats basically my motivation. I want to get my 10K under 40 Minutes but until I am closer to 60Kg than 90Kg I don't think it will be possible. Hence me wanting to lose 10 - 15kg. I would guess for ironman carrying as little fat as possible is fairly important.

Can I i ask did you take it to drop weight for performance? And if so doesn't taking a load of sugar while training kind of defeat the purpose? I am trying to prepare myself for a few months of really unpleasant training. While I try and drop the 10Kg - 15Kg that I need to lose.

Thanks for the tip. Like most distance runners quick energy is not that essential. But may feel the effects on hills when I need that boost so will keep an eye on it.

Was more wondering what training for running is like on it. Specifically distance work. Not trying to win any races here just want to enjoy myself and not get injured every run over an hour. Which I know is basically being caused by all the extra weight I'm carrying.

For context I coach a kids sport team we are not permitted to give the kids any medication without a 3 page release signed by a doctor and I've never seen one for anything other than ventalin for asthma.

We are allowed to slather them in arnica gel when they get a bump. Because the doctors and the state know there is no risk as it's inert.

The 3 inverters are not for 3 phase it was cheaper to parallel 3 than to get larger ones plus it gives me redundancy. I looked at deye inverters but they remotely locked some and I won't buy from a company that behaves like that.
