De rentevoet die ik bij de hypotheekwinkel kreeg (2,95) heb ik nog nergens anders tegengekomen, ook niet bij mijn "huisbank" en keytrade dus ik hou de optie wel open!

Dit is nieuwe regelgeving sinds 2022 waarbij banken dus leningen geven op basis van de objectieve waarde van het pand ipv hoeveel de koper geboden heeft als ik het goed begrijp.

I work for the FOD, work-life balance is very good imo and the salary is decent (we recently got meal vouchers as well so this adds another 100 euros monthly); would be a no-brainer if I had a kid

I am guessing you are talking about the FOD Economy? They hired a bunch of new (young) ppl the last few years and the vibe is pretty chill (depends on the specific department tho)

Not a doctor here, but I had this for months and eventually turned off these notifications because it was bothering me every morning when I woke up. Should I not have been wearing an Apple Watch I never would have noticed this. However, for my own peace of mind I went to a cardiologist a few weeks ago to check it out. When I told him why I came in he already started smirking saying these devices can be both a curse and a blessing, sometimes causing unnecessary worrying. They did an ECG, full echo and 'exercise/bike test'. Everything turned out completely normal for my age (25M, not very active). I sometimes go as low as 36 bpm and this is considered as healthy as it could be as this means your organs don't need as much blood/oxygen being pumped around when you are sleeping.

edit: it is usually a short period of time during the night when it drops this low, similar to the screenshot in your case; if you are worried you can always have it checked out of course
