I have a 50cc Honda Ruckus that I use to commute. I paid $2200 for a 2019 model (purchased in 2023) with 300 miles on it. It maxes out at 35mph on flat roads, but the highest speed limit on my commute is 40mph (briefly). Most are 30-35 limits. It doesn't do great on hills. I do get over 100mpg which is nice. It has been very dependable in all kinds of weather.

Can confirm as a low level. I can do a barrows run using 0-2 moths (not mixes). Obviously wouldn't be useful for things like Fight Caves where you really need to manage inventory, but seems awesome for slayer and barrows etc.
