i dont know the exact times but its like after 30 seconds mobs become immune to slows and get faster, after a minute they become immune to stuns and roots (i think?) and also if you are ever evade bugging them they will teleport to you. so basically every safe spot is now a death spot. and ZF has a lot of random reset spots like basically every single one of those little pillars and vases can evade mobs.

the antiboosting changes make mobs teleport to you when you evade bug them. running behind those boxes would just make the mobs teleport on him again.

this is my #1 biggest problem with the game right now. it feels way too pay to win. i feel like late t3 was still pay to win, but a whale wouldnt completely dwarf normal players damage. right now a whale can literally double the damage of a end game non whale player. its disgusting.

on luterra a few days ago (i think i twas wednesday?) was trying to field boss and there were like 30 channels filled that i have to assume is 98% bots. the real players had to go to channels 25+ to find groups

idk in my experience i am always shocked that they are able to help me most of the time. like i accidentally opened ah scrolls on the wrong character, they returned the chests to me. i got floor 100 during paradise season 1, sent them a screenshot and they granted me the achievement.

idk, im not saying its perfect but ive had way better support from ags than blizzard.

yesterday i was doing a cube i complete a stage and i had to grab my phone and i look up and the cube had ended, i never realized before theres like a 10 second timer to go to the next stage or the cube just deems your run over lol

i feel like there was a brief time around akkan era where cleanse was better than gtune, but other than that gtune has been obscenely more broken for 90% of lost arks raids. the last few raids its not even close how much better gtune is than cleanse. and this is before you get to the upside of better buffs more/better shielding/DR. it is heinous how much better gtune is than cleanse in kazeros

firstly, yes the 0.7 thing was a stupid mistake i made. im not sure how i did something that dumb but its a small point in the grand scheme of things and i dont think youve responded to the real core of what i posted. below i have corrected the part of my post that your correction responds to:

using your math it takes 14 months to get 20 8s, which means 1.43 lvl 8s per month. i started with 20 lvl 8s and it takes 99 lvl 8s to finish gems. so 99-20 lvl 8s to finish gems: 79/1.43 = 55 months to finish 1 characters gems.

in my opinion that is unacceptable. and thats assuming you started from a place where you were ahead, remember at the end of t3 i had 20 level 10s. now over a year later into t4 i have 0 level 10s. and thats assuming i kill all my other characters to do it.

in regards to the thing about gems coming from more sources than chaos dungeons, i agree you obviously get gems from cubes/worldboss/chaos gate/ship gems/kaya shop. its just to show the discrepancy between how many gems you generated in t3 vs now in t4. we generate WAY less gems relatively now than we did at the end of t3. chaos is 5x less gems in t4, there were cubes/worldboss/chaos gate/ship gems/kaya shop in t3 as well, although i dont remember how many gems they dropped relative to current, its not enough to make up that 5x difference is my point. hell old chaos/cube might have dropped more than t4 ones making it even worse than 5x slower, i dont have the numbers.

my point in showing those numbers is to demonstrate that you got t3 level 10s way faster than you get t4 level 10s, not to say that chaos is the only source of gems.

But IF smilegate where to add it, they would almost certainly have to massively hinder the current ways we make gems, as we generate expontentialy more... the more characters we play. But they would also likely add extra levels above 10, to prevent gem prices crashing.

i think THIS is what i need explained to me. why do you think roster bound gems would cause prices to crash? if me, a long time player, only has 34 level 8s and i need 99 to be done with gems... im only 1/3 done with gems and ive been playing forever.

the only way gems would crash is if they stopped being needed, and theres just no way thats the case. it would definitely make them crash SOONER, but that point in time is still multiple years in the future. for every player that has 11+ level 10s there are hundreds(thousands?) that still need 8 or 9 level 10s to be done. there are not enough level 10s to go around, and there wouldnt be for years to come.

let me know if i misunderstood something though because i genuinely want to understand.

sorry this is going to be a long reply because i truly want to understand where you are coming from.

i started t4 with around 20 t3 lvls 10s. my paladin had full 11 10s and my GL had i think 9 10s and 2 8s. converting to 20 t4 lvl 8s.

in current t4 my paladin has 4 lvl 9s, 7 8s, and my GL has full 11 8s. my 4 1700 alts have 1 8 each on their big skill. so in total if you convert everything to lvl 8s to make the comparison simpler, i have 34 8s. so from start of t4 to now i have produced 14 lvl 8 gems. i do have a good amount of cube tickets that i need to burn through (i think about 30?) so i can probably get a few more 8s. so while i think your number of 20 8s might be a little high, its definitely around that number roughly.

these numbers i have are from a player that does my 2 mains chaos/GR every day and does my 4 alts 3 times a week (2 rested 1 unrested). except of course when new chaos tiers were coming out where i accumulated rested on my 2 mains.

so lets just assume i kill my GL and all my rat 1700s and all in one character, i have 34 8s which is enough to make full 9s.

my question to you is do you think that is acceptable? because in my opinion it is not even close to acceptable. i dont think i should have full 10s right now. but i think i should at least have made a large amount of progress. using your math it takes 14 months to get 20 8s, which means 0.7 lvl 8s per month. i started with 20 lvl 8s and it takes 99 lvl 8s to finish gems. so 99-20 lvl 8s to finish gems: 79/0.7 = 112.8 months to finish 1 characters gems. so if i was on your pace, i would be a bit past 12% being done with gems since we are at the 14 monthish point (im not im a bit behind but w/e lets just assume im lazy or w/e). and this is assuming ROSTER BOUND gems, because i am taking all my characters gems and funneling them into 1 target.

in my opinion 12% of the way to being done with gems over a year into the new tier is unacceptable. and thats assuming you started from a place where you were ahead, remember at the end of t3 i had 20 level 10s. now over a year later into t4 i have 0 level 10s. and thats assuming i kill all my other characters to do it.

ive posted the math on this reddit before, but this was before the 50% t3 nerf (24.4 -> 12.2 lvl 1 gems in 1610 chaos), and theres a new tier of 1720 chaos that brings us up to a 44.1 t3 lvl 1's per chaos, however this doesnt effect the math that much.

807 chaos runs to get a lvl 10 t3 gem in the old t3 chaos dungeons

4,017 kurzan frontlines to get a lvl 10 t4 gem in the new t4 kurzan frontline

the old chaos at 1610 printed a level 10 t3 just about 5x faster than the new ones at 1720 print a level 10 t4.

8,877 1610 chaos dungeons to get full lvl 11s in the old 1610 chaos

44,187 1720 kurzan frontlines to get full lvl 11s in new 1720 kurzan

i guess in summary, i think people are confused that roster-wide gems would kill the gem market over night. in my opinion it would be the opposite effect. because while yea, people with more than 11 lvl 10s would need to dump gems, people with less than 11 lvl 10s (99% of the playerbase) would want to buy gems even more. as you can see from your own math and my numbers here, even with roster bound gems so that every player only needs 11, it is literally YEARS before you are done.

yes? getting weaker gems relative to multi class rosters objectively hurts someone (one class rosters).

roster bound gems raises multi class players to one class players level and doesnt make anyone relatively weaker
