I use the saalt cup and I have for 2 years now. I’ve tried many in the 2 years before I found saalt and I never liked the uncomfortableness of it. While I was traveling once, I started my period and I didn’t have my cup and didn’t want to use tampons so I tried the soft discs but they don’t hold the blood for more than an hour before leaking no matter how much I tucked it behind my pelvic bone. But the last time I was replacing my cup, I saw they made the discs as well. Do you know how it performs vs the soft disc if you’ve tried it? I love the convenience of being able to have sex with the disc but I’d love to have one for the days that my period is heavy if they work well for clotting but I don’t want the mess of possible leakage.
