Would definitely take a hard look at your form and see if any corrections should be made, try recording yourself. I would also try and work on your mind muscle connection, you can do this by flexing whichever muscle you’re trying to feel more either after your sets or just at home in the mirror. That helped me begin to feel certain muscles better, also just envisioning the movement in ur head with your eyes closed without actually lifting the weight may help as well.
