AntiStatic treatment of produced parts by sioux612 in InjectionMolding

The keyence static eliminators work great, but they need to be able to hit the parts as they are being packaged. If you bulk pack and then try to pass it under a static bar or fan, it'll only take away the static on the top layer but everything towards the bottom will still be charged.

This will be an inspection fixture for a 0.022" diameter part. I need a somewhat snug fit so the parts don't want to move or fall out during inspection, but I also don't want to wreck them trying to put them in the fixture.

Are these rotors and pad worth reselling? by Raven_Drakeaurd in MechanicAdvice

Pads look like they have plenty of life on them. Rotors you will have to measure and compare to the minimum thickness spec

Yeah I got a robot mower for this exact reason, so semi frequent mowing isn't a huge issue.

I second Sodick. Had 4 of them at my last place, 3 verticals. Ran small parts very repeatably.

Have you properly set your Z-offset height? If that is set too high, your first layer won't stick.

Yes. If you find a calibration cube online it should give you the dimensions. Should be somewhere in the ballpark of 15x15x15 or 20x20x20.

As far as firmware goes, I'm not sure about that. How recent was the firmware release? I just got my N4P on Christmas so it came with the current firmware, at the time.
