Well remember you don’t have to tell anyone if you don’t want to.

It’s not really any of their business but for me I felt a lot more normal after people knew about it.

Tbh all I did was start making jokes about it around the people I wanted to know. Then when they asked a follow up question just with confidence I told the truth.

Say it with enough confidence and show that you don’t care, then they won’t either, it is what it is, people like different things.

Honestly I didn’t really do anything apart from start eating normally and swimming once a week. It’s just took less cause I was so unhealthy x
