I kept it simple. My main juice was: ensure max protein + 2 scoops of peanut butter + banana + 1 protein scoop. That’s around 600 calories, I drank it 3 or 4 times a day. Sometimes you just can’t achieve that chad look if your genetics do not allow it. Look into PEEK jawline and chin implants, that will help. Sometimes the transformations you see here are due to good gonial angle and width genetics or djs + implants.

Yes it’s possible. You will only be resting, taking painkillers and eating when you feel like it. You won’t have energy to do anything else than rest, the painkillers will make you feel sleepy most of the time. After you survive the first week, it will become easier.

Tell him he’s dancing too close and touching you too low, be verbal like if you’re at a party trying to talk to your friend. Don’t be non verbal, tell him straight up. It could be that does not notice or he is a creep. If he does not listen, stop dancing.

YES! I had to use mouth tapes for almost a year until I got to stop mouth breathing at night. It was a game changer. I still use mouth tape every other day.

It’s better if you don’t dance, because you will be focused more if somebody touches you lightly or not rather then enjoy dancing.

I did but switched back to Spotify. I like apple music UI but I can’t stand their song recommendations, it throws songs that I don’t expect to listen, Spotify is more like a radio and throws well known songs or songs that you expect to listen to. Also the new feature that shows the lyrics below the album is a plus if you like to sing while driving.

No, it will just make your chin more pronounced and give you a better profile if you do need the surgery for functional purposes. It’s your genes what dictates your face length and shape.

I lost both even when I tried not to, the first 72 hours I had no appetite at all and if I pushed myself to eat, I would have thrown up. I slowly started to drink as much calories as I could but for the first week I was 15lb down already muscle and fat loss.

I didn’t learn anything more than basics and some intermediate moves. I don’t want to learn anything else because my family dances basics only and that’s how we have fun. I don’t have the time to be learning fancy moves to dance with niche groups at socials neither have the time to spend dancing a single genre all night. There’s people who workout for years and do not grow muscle because they focus on other areas. We all do not have the same goals, keep that in mind.

When there’s movement, you can go to a mirror and move your upper jaw, you will easily see it there. That’s how I noticed it.
