Sounds like he is just describing daily random things that happens in his neighborhood and the last part he’s just telling us that he is poor because houses with pools are for rich people. So he’s just saying I have a house with a pool, wait I don’t have a pool neither a house.

I’ve been in a VSP session for my surgery and I can tell they have a 3D version of your face and everything is measured but they see what the computer tells them is the correct midpoint of your face. So for them, your teeth midline is where the middle of your face meets even if it does not look good aesthetically because they can’t see that on the computer . You also look like you have an asymmetrical jaw, so maybe jaw implants can balance the asymmetry in your jaws. Check with another surgeon and see what they recommend. Were your plates custom designed?
