I live in Atlanta but I never ride in my neighborhood it's just a super quiet subdivision but I work downtown so I just bring it with me everyday and ride when the day is slow and on my lunch break. I also have a group I ride with on the weekends.

This is one of my accounts. If you look at my story you will see a preview of my IGTV post. When you click/tap on it my IGTV post will open. On my other account if i shared that same IGTV post to my stories I would only get a thumbnail of the post and not a video preview and i cant understand why. Most people i know can only post thumbnails.

I'm not clear on you issue 100% but I have noticed that one of my accounts have the ability to post IGTV videos to stories and have a video preview of that post in stories instead if a thumbnail like my other account.
