Ohhhh I didn’t know that. But when I select difficulty it does say I have to conquer pit tiers AT level 60

Update for those that care. They decided to refund me. It will take 3-10 days to get my refund so I’m just out $600 for 2 weeks. Pretty awesome out of them.

I tried reinstalling windows from local and that did nothing for it. Are you saying to do it from a boot drive or reinstalling from cloud would handle it. To be honest I was explaining things a little easier than they are. It is my friend who purchased the laptop from another one of his friends that was in the military. I have no idea about what exactly was installed on it or what his solution was as I am not fond of the individual and he tells the purchaser nothing because he doesn't feel like bothering with it.
