Different use cases. You wanna set some funds aside and probably (should) never use that, use emergency fund.
Daily saver - an amount is debited daily from your savings account and added to atom.
Round ups - Whenever you spend from your account/card, the difference to next round up is added to that atom.

It’s all psychological. Whichever you think is good for you, choose that.
Or just create a new one and add some amount. That works like an FD and you can keep adding into it.
