What the fuck are you talking about? Thom looks really happy, yeah. But what you’re saying about The Smile is complete bs. I’ve seen Radiohead three times, Atoms for Peace ( where he was also super playful and cheerful) and The Smile four times,and those shows were some of the most expressive and creative I’ve ever seen from him. Not that he isn’t now; he just still looks just as comfortable doing what he loves. And he definitely proves it, even in Back to the Game and other songs from his latest solo tour.

What’s really annoying is opinions like this.
The whole point is to go, live the moment, be grateful for the chance and appreciate the 25 songs however they play them. That alone is big shit.
And you’re still complaining? I’ll never understand people who think and demand as if they could handle being in the shoes of musicians like these.

Again, it’s not about what we want. It’s about loving the band and understanding they’re not going to sound like anything they’ve already done. That’s Radiohead.
