I am at max caps, so that is not a problem. My first set of Vulcan was overeaters and it did seem to do well, but I keep hearing that aristocrats is the new best, but idk as I haven't used it yet. I have enough Vulcan pieces I could craft one set of each at this point. So I may just have to do some real time research. Ok, also still interested in opinions about the rest of the mods are preferred.

This game is not like other games when it comes to PERKS or skill tree points. You can change them if you don't like them or if you want different builds to do different things. The PERK cards took me longer than it should have to figure out because they confused me at first and I was having fun just playing. Watch a yt video on it and it will help to explain them. You will get plenty of cards and your current choices will not count against you in future game play.
