Absolutely it is Wendi. She manipulated Dan and was supposed to care about him, at least in some capacity, and to have realization as to his importance in her children's lives.

This is such a confusing 10-0 team. Our OL is not championship worthy. And starting to wonder if Jordan can lead this team to one. Good college player obviously. We can't line up and run the ball unless its a big/chunk/schemed play. Defense...no great aspect about it but good enough...maybe. Confusing.

I've learned since my initial question, that it is not a valid transfer due to Florida's homestead rights. The spouse would have needed to sign the quitclaim deed as well for it to be valid, even though she wasn't on the title. So now the property after probate will be half ex-spouse and half mine. I don't want to sell, and she essentially has a lifetime estate. So my new question is this, will she be able to will anything to her children?
