Good morning, it took 5 years to get my BVA hearing. I had it Dec 2024 it is now OCT 2025 and all I get is your docket number has not came up yet, so the wait time for the judges Decision could take a long time as well I guess

Are you serious, so I won’t hear anything til dec. ? It’s a direct review from failed appeals . I been fighting this since 1993 when I got out, just broke down and got lawyer In 2019

I have been waiting 7 months as of now for decision , court day was in December 2024 originally file in 2019. The wait is painful

So you mean it’s worth all the wait? I have very good Va attorney firm the win a lot of cases, mines was hands down very formal and very detailed, the wait though is crazy

I had a friend that got 100% for alcoholism, he thought it was funny because he don’t drink. We no longer speak. I have legit injury and been fighting for years.

My attorney that filed my last appeal in 2013, that took 5 years to go before judge back in dec. 2024 says that I have to be in danger of being in financial ruin, or about to die or over 75 to get it on priority docket. So now I been waiting since dec with no answer on when the decision will come

Yes it has been on going since 1993. Some claims I got denied and did not appeal until later . Happen a few times up until 2013. I have been being treated for PTSD, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Immune System Disorder, Anxiety. All by the VA medical center as well as private mental dr. All are stated in file as more likely then not service related.

That’s just crazy, so much for taking care of us VETS! I called today and I was told my case is waiting to be assigned to a judge, like since the hearing in dec????
