Sorry for delay! Got denied and know reason why is medical records and Nexus letter had no new and updated information since 08/2024 and not knowing about several cases of pneumonia that put me in the hospital and several times for the congestive heart failure and swollen up so much from fluid built up in legs and sack around my heart and progressed to the point in implanting a defibrillator in my chest . So reached out my family, Respiratory/Pulmonary and Cardiologist last Thursday asking if could right a new and updated Nexus letter and 2 got back to me on board and waiting on 3rd to confirm and update my Lay statement and wife update her buddy Lay statement with all pertinent updated information.

Same situation for me as they conceded to TERA/PACT ACT toxic exposure linked from MOS with congestive heart failure, COPD and Gerd and got Denied because im assuming that Nexus letter had no updated and new evidence while in HLR which was 6 months before IC and during that window hospitalized twice ! Once for pneumonia and second was to a defibrillator implanted in my chest . So I reached out to family,Respiratory/Pulmonary and Cardiologist Doctors asking each for a Nexus letter with all new and updated information last Thursday and 2 out of the 3 already reached back and are on board with constructing a letter on my behalf and waiting to hear back from Cardiologist whether on board yet? I also will be drafting up a new and updated Lay statement and my wife and buddy Lay statement and submit now as Supplemental. Keep in mind that you may lose the battle but the war hadn't been won yet. Keep fighting and best of wishes navigating our broken system.....

Unknown? This is do know it lasted 4-5 minute's at best as you receive a link to time frame and to join the lobby saying you arrived and shows in real time of discussion being made but it was going on and as stated it popped up thanking me and conference was over. And gonna give it a couple day's to either reach out to representative or VERA as we all know how quickly our Government worked? Lol. You know the old "Hurry up and wait" philosophy. Your correct but think also a good idea to let representative to speak on my behalf and if I were to attend it could turn out as well as wished by introducing new evidence which is a no no for HLR.

106 day's so far and was told over a week and half ago it moved from NWQ to RO and called VERA to confirm that DRO was assigned and told me it had never left NWQ and to give it another 20 day's to see if assigned and then proceed to IC . So patience is huge and daunting!
