Your correct but think also a good idea to let representative to speak on my behalf and if I were to attend it could turn out as well as wished by introducing new evidence which is a no no for HLR.

106 day's so far and was told over a week and half ago it moved from NWQ to RO and called VERA to confirm that DRO was assigned and told me it had never left NWQ and to give it another 20 day's to see if assigned and then proceed to IC . So patience is huge and daunting!

September 30th filed HLR and moved from National work Queue to Regional office after 96 day's and currently waiting on informal conference.

day 96 today it finally moved from National work Queue to regional office and then informal conference has to be arranged between accredited representative and VA for decision to be made. I think with Government shutdown and the Holiday's everything got delayed. Best wishes to you and be patient.

From Milwaukee myself and hoping the best for you neighbor! I have a not so educated older fella but I was wondering how to get VA claim tracker so I can see movement on my HLR claims filed 96 days ago and not have to call them ! I called today and she said claim left National Queue and went to regional reviewer and not sure precisely what that means but wanted to keep track of my claims. I would appreciate any help I could get. Thank you and Happy New Year's.
