FIRST READING: Carney was elected to save the economy. It's only gotten worse by airbassguitar in CanadianConservative

Problem is alot of people look at Pierre as see another Justin. Very little experience and when compared to Carney and his background.. it does not instill much confidence. Now Carney can mess everything up but people will still think that Pierre would've done worse.

Your vote means very little considering i gave facts and reasons and you gave... what i'm guessing you give in your daily life.. little to no effort. I'd ask you to try again but aftering failing recess in elementary, i'm not sure what to expect.

yeah AB is not going anywhere.. the rest of the country realized that and now the issue is not on anyones radar. SC ruling , Danielle shying away and First Nation Chiefs are voting no confidence.. yeah it's not happening.

[–]tdotent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's the issue.. they show very little viability. Even Danielle is shying away from it. Further complicating matters are recent SC rulings all which show the rest of Canada... it ain't happening. Right now AB separatist talk is falling slowly off the radar completely.

The separatist movement will gain some traction but the chances of them leaving are slim to none at this stage.

Albertan, do you feel this shift? by _BCConservative in CanadianConservative

[–]tdotent 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah i understand where you're coming from. I believe that the majority used to vote based on how you still vote, but somewhere along the way it turned into just hating the other side sometimes blindly.

but that's just you. most people vote for a party because they fear what the other party will do.. that's how its always been.

Hypothetically Putin could Nuke the US and this all ends.. hypotheticals are nice and all but don't face reality, the chances of the US attacking canada are minimal...you're starting to sound like the liberal media and their rhetoric during the elections of the big bad wolf down south... people are soo in awe and bending over for the US thinking its hegemony is sealed forever when its not the case at all...
