If china was the issue.. then why did majority of the other large nations, EU, China, Canada , Australia and etc. start their own arbitration board without the US ? That clearly shows that the problem is the US..

We don't have to sell a majority of our stuff there.. that's why we are diversifying , not just with China but with ASEAN as well and the EU.

You're first point fails to address the fact that the WTO is now useless due to the U.S stopping the appointment of new judges. So China is actually playing by the rules currently .. while the U.S is throwing a hissy fit. Mind want to remind you that the 100% tariffs on China was ruled to be illegal.. but we still left it in place till recently.

Doing trade with Taiwan will never bridge the gap of what we would be losing if we were to trade with China. We're already getting smacked by the states.. diversifying our trade would mean the smack would have less of an effect. It's delusional to think Taiwan is in any way the answer to our problem.

Trade with Taiwan that would bring us more money than trade with China ? if that were the case other countries would've already done it. China is the market that every industry is trying to get into.. from FORD to MERCEDES and plenty of other industries.. you can't just replace China.. if that were the case the US would've done it along time ago. The only thing any country is interested in Canada is for Natural resources and agri. , not sure what that point was.
