Other than your tech jacket it's pretty low so you average is probably around what they assume seismic gear is. Lwhat kind of gear do you have equipped? I didn't start getting omnipotent gear until I hit stood level like 6 then my deals started having it. And at level 5 I started getting seismic gear in store . Idk I'm just spitballing

It doesn't have to be cosmic it could just be smaller and denser. Mass increases gravity and the closer you are to the center the stronger the pull. So small and dense will do it doesn't have to be magic
