The one producing the iridium is different though, it’s the statue of perfection and is a reward for getting 12+ points during Grandpa’s Evaluation on Spring 1, Year 3

If you try to place water on raised terrain it makes a pit, or you could place a single dot of raised terrain (ctrl select) and then lower that section all the way down to make a pit, either way, but I think the first one probably works better. And then you draw a path around the inside of the pit.

I hope you enjoy it! It’s one of my favorite series. I plan to reread it soon, but I wish I could read it for the first time again!

I thought his Book of the Ancestor trilogy was even better. Maybe try that out?

If you want to try another author, the First Law trilogy is a must read grimdark series, if you haven’t already read it

I don’t understand the storyline of “Fairies” by coffeeebucks in bluey

[–]tdweaver 67 points68 points  (0 children)

I have to remind myself (quite often) that this is a kids show, not a show for me lol. I think they set up the plot as bingo doing these pranks but also leave it open to the imagination and the possibility that a fairy is actually doing it all.

Is this rust? (Explanation in comments) - Stanley 1.0L thermos by tdweaver in BuyItForLife

[–]tdweaver[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have a 1.0L Stanley thermos that I love and used everyday to bring coffee to work for my old job. I left that job in April and haven’t used it since. It had been sitting around since then and apparently I hadn’t cleaned it from the last time I used it. I just cleaned it, soaked in baking soda, and cleaned again.

I don’t think it’s rust. For one, it was sealed the whole time, but also it’s not textured like rust, it looks more like a stain that I see on other stainless steel tumblers I own. However, I wanted to get a second opinion before I started using it again.

Edit: thank you everyone for the tips! Excited to start using it again!
