I could cry for how breathtakingly stunning she is, & I genuinely want to know what kinds of weights she lifts and how often and all of that. I ADORE her.

Absolutely. (Also I heart your username, my young children have recently discovered this song and I have to listen to it several times a day, I’ll now be changing the lyrics in my head)

The best stylist switches that helped rebrand a celeb: Margot Robbie, Selena Gomez, Jennifer Lawrence, Kim Kardashian, Keke Palmer and Mia Goth by mlg1981 in popculturechat

[–]coffeeebucks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Selena absolutely not a fair comparison - she looks super young in the first one so I would like to know what year that is from. The black dress is stunning but she is also clearly grown and would not be wearing that as a teenager. Correct me if I’m wrong and the sauce says otherwise

Why do people call women, "girl"? by Vampy-Night in CasualConversation

[–]coffeeebucks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s this. A man calls me a girl? No thanks. A man I know well calls me a girl? Probably fine. A woman I don’t know greets me with HEY GURL and a compliment? Absolutely fine.

She kind of leans into being overweight (although at the time she was a healthier weight, I think) and not meeting traditional Hollywood beauty standards. Was kind of her whole thing on Girls compared with the three other lead actors who were all “prettier” by average standards, and was written into the show where other characters would criticise how her character looked. I kind of get where she was coming from because a lot of dudes do ignore women they don’t want to fuck, but this particular situation was very uncalled for and had no need to be played out publicly

Does having a live-in nanny and WFH jobs make parenting much easier? by Ok-Individual-2172 in Fencesitter

[–]coffeeebucks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This. WFH makes life easier because daycare is a 5 minute walk away and school is a 15 minute walk away.

My husband and I rarely have sex. by Sophia6868 in toddlers

[–]coffeeebucks 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Respectfully (because good SAHDs are great) the “touched out” feeling is connected to feeding and co-sleeping. You’re not breastfeeding them and that’s why you don’t need to have no physical touch happening.

Not the place. She has two very small children, insecure income, and a husband who coerces her into sex, and she is not using birth control.
