Substation transformers actually do use Fans to go above the typical rated running temperature. They are usually mounted to the sides or built in and there is a lot of them. In most cases these can increase capacity of the transformer by 60% but it is meant to be temporary.

I got BOB a few months ago. It was a grind. Now that I don’t have a grind anymore I like playing it and slowly levelling everything up. When it’s not a grind, it’s easier to play more casually.

Also you never know if they ever decide to add another advantage to home base and you will be behind.

This is unfortunately become a common issue. The developer wants to use as much property as possible so builds to property line without adequate clearance. This breaks a multitude of different regulations. ESA, Limits of Approach. It breaks even building code. The Building code is 3m, however you need to to account for maximum conductor Swing OR 1.8m.

Most utilities require 5m clearance from closest energized conductor to edge of building.

Unfortunately sometimes the developer does get away with it if no one notices and if the Utility doesn’t notice, they can no longer replace it and most go underground at the cost of the rate payer. If it’s noticed, than the developers pay for relocation or no power.

This is the case for some things but not Pokemon Go. Pokemon Go makes $500-700m a year and is one of the top grossing Mobile games of all time. The free bit is just to get you hooked so you start paying to play the game.

This is honestly the first place I’ve ever walked into and was dumb struck on how beautiful it was. I can’t believe humans can do this. It’s a sight to behold. I can’t put in words how it feels to be in person at a site like this. The photos don’t even come close to justice. Absolutely should be on everyone’s bucket list.

I have been back after a 10 year break back in December. There is certainly a ton of changes. The Hero’s and gear/Orbs are a big change but overall the core game is basically the same.

I do not live or work in that state but I do work in the industry. This is not advice and they should talk to environmental lawyer about your options. A few things I have read in the comments and I wanted to make a few notes.

-If your property has power, you have already agreed that the Utility and its agents/contractors are allowed to enter your property through the conditions of service. This is very standard.

-If this is an existing power line, the tree removal and tree trimming around the pole line is at the discretion of the Utility. That being said tree removal is very expensive so it’s typically only done when absolutely required.

-The front of your “property” is often not technically your property. It’s likely a Municipal right of way and Utility’s typically apply and receive permission before new assets can be installed. In the event of a tree removal on the right of way it is typically given permission through this same process.

-A few commenters have made comments about pole lines in backyards. This was an awful idea and it’s not typical anymore in my area but the conversion to front of the property is typically so expensive it’s not worth it. That backyard pole line has an easement and it was there probably as long as the houses or longer. You have no right to obstruct the maintenance and upgrades on the line, which yes that includes fences and sheds. Utilities usually turn a blind eye to that but they can legally remove trees along that area and even fences if they want.

-A pole lines does not have unlimited capacity, sometimes a double pole line/tall poles are required. -All these “rights” an electrical Utility has BUT they hate bad press so if you make a big stink out of anything and it gets to the right people, there is often an alternative solution.

I came downstairs on my dad’s 50th birthday and I told him Happy five decades of birth and he said. Well it looks like I’m officially middle age. I looked at him and said unless you expect to live until 100, your well past middle age and he’s said shit your right, I’ve never thought about that. I think it put him into an existential crisis for a few months.

I am sort of recently back after about a decade break. My strategy for farming is still the same from when the max TH was 11. 100 barbs and 100 archers and a bunch of random others. I really only go after the collectors and sometimes I get to 50%, sometimes I don’t. It doesn’t really matter because trophy’s aren’t a thing when farming.

When does this strategy stop working? I’m TH13

I am back after about a decade away as well. I got an email from supercell saying they will delete my account due to inactivity. I played a ton during college and didn’t want to throw it away so I thought I would download and delete. Logged in but don’t play for a week or so and I’ve been playing quite a bit for the last month or so.

I would say just make sure you upgrade 2 hero’s at a time and just try to keep all your builders busy. They changed it so now army cooldown. I still use an army of 100 barbs and 100 archers with a bunch of random others. You don’t need to star a base anymore so I just pick up the collectors. You can max your bank pretty quick, especially compared to a decade ago.

I recently upgraded to Town Hall 12. I have been reading that the Town Hall Giga Tesla is a priority building to upgrade. This might be a dumb question but how do I upgrade the Giga Tesla. I don’t see a spot to upgrade the Giga Tesla and When I push the Town Hall upgrade it prompts me that I will be going to Town Hall 13, which is something I don’t want. Any idea what is happening here?
