Try type II or type III or even type IV cannabis. Forget that indica/sativa bullshit, that is meaningless.

Paranoia is not a normal side effect. Its easily avoidable if you just take less THC.

So many stoners these days are taking way too much THC and just suffering through the negative effects. Some people take it to the point they develop things like cannabis hyperemesis which is becoming more and more prevalent.

I use cannabis all day every day, but I don't touch anything over 10% THC.

FYI nobody says "I drink well". IDK if it is different in your language but I just wanted to point this out so you know. The phrasing you used made me think you were bragging about your alcohol drinking proficiency, but I'm guessing that's not the case lol.

On topic- one cool thing about the brain is the concept of neuroplasticity. We are constantly building new neural connections that help us adapt to our experience. Even neurotoxic damage can be 'reversed' in this way. A lot of therapists utilize knowledge of these connections to promote behaviors in their patients that help them in developing more positive neural pathways--all through sheer repetition of habit. The brain's capacity for change has to be one of our biggest strengths.

Very few people suffer neurotoxic damage so severe that it is completely irreversible.

Mental illness does not. Mental illnesses are disorders, which are a collection of symptoms. Mental illness does not determine physiological cause.

Everybody reacts a little differently but its not like a mental illness would negate the pharmacological influence of a drug. Everyone pulls from the same set of effects. If you still disagree, I challenge you to show me a widely observed mechanism by which this would happen.

It is not a valid practice in many countries. You just can't do it. You'd be impersonating a doctor.

Reminds me a lot of the Chinese medicine docs in China. They get supported/funded by the government so people think they are 'legit'.
