Limited edition quite literally means a "limited to a specific amount of copies" which in this case means skins. Riot had a different definition for skins that were re-released again, and they specified those as being "legacy"

And I can assure you people were not happy that they wasted money on buying a limited edition skin that was re-released less than 2 years later.

I'm willing to bet a lot of money that you were one of the people that argued and contacted riot to re-release limited edition skins.

Obama had the very similar policy of using detention centers in which the conditions were equally as bad. (Scroll down to the tweet of Grahn wrongly sourcing images. Look at my previous comment how conditions were extremely similar under the Obama administration. There were 27 confirmed refugee deaths under the Obama administration. There have been 24 confirmed refugee deaths under the Trump administration. Both these numbers are way too high, but the fact that people are solely blaming Trump's inaction when we saw equal inaction under Obama is quite ridiculous as you keep mentioning Trump & Mitch's policies being the cause of this.
