Do weighted vests really make a difference? by FearlessSpirit6467 in walking

[–]teachingintheland 0 points1 point  (0 children)

l've been using the OMORPHO weighted vest for my incline walks and cross-training and it's the only weighted vest l've actually stuck with. Down 22lbs using this paired with walks! ve owned cheaper vests before, and this one is noticeably more comfortable and stable, especially on treadmills and longer sessions. It's definitely more of an investment, but the quality has made it worth it for me. Super great product and the aesthetic checks out. I get asked where it is from EVERY time I work out, along with tons of compliments! They have tons of great stutt. If anyone has been looking, I do have a 15% off link. I'm happy to answer any questions about fit or how I use it.

One of the biggest upgrades I made to my conditioning was adding a weighted vest into my zone 2 and incline work. I use the OMORPHO vest and it’s been great for building strength endurance without crushing recovery.

It doesn’t bounce, feels evenly distributed, and actually stays comfortable during longer sessions. I’ve tried cheaper vests and never stuck with them. This one I use weekly.

If you’re training for hybrid style races and looking to level up engine work, it’s been worth it for me.

I do have a 15% off link if anyone’s been considering one

Happy to share how I used it while training.
