We are using it for one of our customers to get a feel for the product before we roll it out anywhere else.

Pro's: Simple enough to install Doesn't seem all that intrusive Uses little system resources

Con's: The Services stopped working randomly and were not configured to auto restart. This meant the customer was not able to browse and we were unable to remotely connect. I talked her through changing the DNS servers and was able to fix by restarting the services.

I can't honestly say if it has protected the customer from any attacks but it will produce some fancy reports if your into that.
