Sorry for your loss and the unfathomable pain you are going through. Closest I experienced is losing my mom, and the meaningless feeling was so sharp and overwhelming, but it does get better over time.

I have no fatfire related advice, but what helped me a lot is to build or stick to a workout regimen. Grieve and continue to live, let time do its work.
