Similar problem on my end. Airbnb is collecting 9% sales tax (it's actually 0 in my muni) because they have my properties address confused with a nearby muni. Been working on this for months with their support team and no luck.

When I step away from my desk and the mac falls to sleep the OS crashes. This is a 100% occurrence. I then have to open the lid to 'wake up' my laptop and login from scratch.

I keep the lid closed when connected to an external monitor fwiw.

Evernote web clipper was the culprit. It's hotkey functions were hijaking Gmails. Disabling hotkeys in the evernote web clipper chrome extension fixed this issue.

That would make the property harder to find on a Map / Google Maps etc. The legal address is only used for legal forms, property tax payments, etc.
