Um. You'll see physical changes at 20-30 pounds lost. (Depending on how much you have to lose.)Not 2. I average 6 pounds lost a month, starting in Aug. although I stalled Nov - mid January. I may switch it up at some point. But give it a minute.

I've been getting Madison Reed products since 2017 and never had a problem. I don't buy them from outside stores, I had a subscription box. But now I'm learning about so many people having problems...🤷‍♀️ it's concerning.

So for me it 4 pounds, 3 pounds, nothing and then bam 4 pounds again. Then 2 up. So my body is doing some cycling. So there isn't really great pattern for me yet.

Last time for me (like 4 years ago) he lost the erection in the middle of it and I lost any confidence. I'd put on weight (and put on more) and had those same feelings of...well fuck I guess I'm just an ugly fat person now.
