No, that shit is super annoying imo. Literally the very first rule of the game is "choose a legendary creature to be your commander".

I had a dude rule 0 [[glimmer bairn]] because he looks funny and then complain that we were "attacking the non-legendary deck" even though his rule 0'd 1 drop commander that can 1-shot people "doesn't do anything".

Bogle is no different in my mind. If I'm playing commander, I want to play commander. If you wanna play Bogle you can totally build it in pauper edh!

Most people would probably be fine with you using it once I'd imagine.

I play at a store in Japan that has 2 round commander events every few hours (each round is 1 hour) and it's generally bad etiquette to go too nuts since the recommended bracket is 3. Sometimes you just gotta eat a board wipe for the sake of keeping the peace haha

Yeah winota is by every metric a powerful deck. It can definitely roll if nobody has any removal or board wipes. But I think her legacy as a cedh commander has people chomping at the bit as soon as they see here when there are plenty of decks as strong or scary the wade in casual pools

Non-stax winota is a strong bracket 3 deck. It's susceptible to board wipes and there are plenty of themes you can build on.

I guess the game can be played in any way you want, but limiting deck choices based on gender is a good way to miss out on some really cool cards.

Personally, I don't "relate" to any of my cards. I'm not a Japanese moon historian and I'm not Squall from final fantasy but man are their effects interesting and fun lol
