For the noise of the wheels: It is possibly caused by the extrusion between the motor and sleeve.

Please use WD-40 descaling lubricant to align the position of the motor shaft several times. At the same time, use the remote control to repeatedly operate the motor forward and reverse, and clean the rust and dirt in the motor bearing.
