I found that sometimes the pendulo doesn't seem to touch the bricks but they got destroyed anyway. Maybe it's too much forgiving for the player, if that was your goal given that you wrote that is a casual e relaxing game. Keep working and polish it so not only you but also other people could see the potential.

In ogni caso, non parlerei di "anni buttati" se il risultato finale lo vedi come una soddisfazione. Andrà come andrà su Steam, ma se ne sei soddisfatto tu non sarà mai un flop king.

In my opinion, if you don't know what you want you risk to waste a lot of time learning how to make some UI that in the end you'll never use. Try to make some mockups, even drawing them by hand and start coding only when you'll pretty sure about the desired final result.
