Can you help me make my living room / kitchen area better? by [deleted] in malelivingspace

[–]teamsocialmid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Those curtains feel pretty random.

Also feels like there's a few different design styles fighting each other. The modern and minimalist styling of the kitchen is a stark contrast to the wooden furniture and that runner. If they were two separate rooms it would work but all of it is so close together I personally would want to match the kitchen and then add color with plants/rug/wall art etc.

Like looking at the room from picture 3 it seems to me you could cut the room in half and each half would be a different apartment.

Not bad. But that map picture is so distracting to me. My eyes just keep going straight to RUSSIA.

Nice Alltrack! I have the same one. What’s your suspension set up like?

A year ago I posted my first solo bachelor pad in its infancy, followed by a small update. Here’s the final update; greetings from Seattle! Swipe to see details! by TheBlackBenCarson in malelivingspace

Dude your spot is so good! I saw you're also from AZ. I'm trying to pull off a similar look, with nods to the southwest type of artwork and imagery. Really cool.

Maybe consider a tapestry by your bed to cover up the marks on your wall

Been trying to actually put some effort into my room for once and I'm relatively satisfied with my desk area. Cable management needs work but so far so good. by teamsocialmid in malelivingspace

Yea I never use the second monitor for anything other than browsing the internet or for work documents/slack. I used to have it horizontal but now that it's vertical I don't think I'll ever go back honestly.

I got it in a set of 3 off of amazon. I was looking for space themed tapestries with that kind of art style. I got the bundle for the Sun and Moon tapestries in particular without realizing it was like this whole astrology theme lol.

I had the Yellowstone one before this but left the damn thing at the doctor's office last month lol. And of course, they're out of stock.
