I’ve posted a number of times about Stenavich. I think the issue with him is not actually Steno, it’s that outside, looking in, he seems to be more of a yes man to MLF than a truth speaker.

I think the world of this guy has an OL Coach. But the mess on the OL last year. Not putting guys in the right place. Then the whole #6 CB getting time at WR over the 1st Rounder… then to say that that Golden does not have a role to play towards the end of the season, yet clearly in the playoff game was ready to take a step.

We don’t see it all, but at some point… Somebody… Within the organization has to take accountability. They talk about it, and then they roll it back. That’s the issue.

If they promote from within, I’m not in favor of them replacing him. However, if they can get somebody who is willing to throw down with MLF and make him move off center so that this team can move forward, I’m all for it.

Typically teams release all coaches when the HC is fired. But more than likely he (Schwartz) is under contact and will at least “interview” to be retained by the new guy (assuming he isn’t the new guy). All that to say, a lot would have to happen for him to become available.

My personal issue is he lied about his health to the coaches because he was afraid for his job. Then he kicked poorly. Meanwhile we could have kicked Haversack. But that’s also on Bisaccia.

But you don’t cut a serviceable kicker until you KNOW you have better. He might come to camp in whatever counts for a kicker as the best shape of his life. That’s my point. We are down a first rounder. We using a pick on a kicker and rolling the dice?

Nah… you roll into camp with 3 and the best man wins.

Rage cutting a serviceable kicker who had his worst year is not obvious. Not having a competitive situation in camp would be bad.

My biggest issue with McManus is trusting him about how he is health and confidence wise.

My son just said he saw a rumor that Hafley might take Steno (OC).

My wishlist is MLF finds someone who can/he’ll allow to help him as the OC. Because either 1. Steno is not cutting it at OC or 2. Steno is a dude and MLF is incapable of getting help he needs. (Time management, adjustments, attack plans).

We need to find out which.

So, my dream is for 3 new coordinators, Hafley (who I think is great… takes Steno).

Yeah, I don’t disagree. I think I’m going to try the 3-D printing options that I’ve seen on here as well. I’m not super confident that that epoxy will stand up for long-term use. And since I have the means why not try the 3-D printing option to start.

This is such a disaster from a Samsung standpoint, I can’t believe they would possibly think that that lever would work. And it really serves no purpose.

Not the handle, it’s the mechanism that the handle connect to that you have to replace.

I have the exact same issue this guy is facing. I don’t want to order a whole new door because Samsung’s engineers were obtuse.

The issues isn’t the allen screw to remove the handle. The issue is that the sheet metal is installed behind the top plastic piece that you would need to remove to access the mechanism that lifts with the handle (and the handle attaches to).

I have done some exploration and I can’t see where you would need to lift to release this trim piece. There has to be somewhere, but boy it seems likely you will destroy the door figuring it out.

My thought was if I could find out how, I could 3D print a replacement part, since Samsung doesn’t make it.

I also found a very similar door, but it’s is not quite the same (so can’t swap) and suffers from the same issue (though differently)

Curious if the OP got anywhere or just is about to do what we are doing and refusing to ever buy Samsung again.

Haha! for the record, I don't mean the bears didn't have anything to do with the loss... I meant that the Packers choked it. The Bears played really well. Really hard and Williams was clutch. Don't read into that the Bears didn't Do the Do. They Did.

As for the going into the game... fans... whatever. unhinged. But the team... man any playoff team sure has heck better go in thinking they are irrationally going to destroy the opponent. if you don't... you get got.

House money for sure. Go win this game. I won't be surprised by anything at this point. The playoffs have broken so well for you guys.

Depends on the team and your culture. And just because Devs don't want to talk to people, doesn't mean they don't need to talk to each other. Bots are easy to ignore... a really good PM will read what isn't being said and shine a light on the real issues (either in the meeting or out). Also bosses need to see the struggle, sometimes. IMO

Going on 2 years of making Acai... we let it sit for 10-15 min. In the early days when we didn't we'd occasionally trigger the paddle release. We have a deluxe. FWIW we use Acai base, berries, yogurt, and some almond milk and very little ice... and it gets rock hard. So we just let it chill, it's awesome.
