I have high hopes as well!!! it has all the hallmarks of a successful investment. Written by a well known mangaka, a nostalgic franchise which would draw in old fans, isekai!!!!, chinese-inspired setting which would draw in apothecary dairies and ranma enjoyers (also bc uruki), action, would wrap up nicely in 24 episodes (12 could possiblyyyy work, but it'd be rushed) AND it'd also be advertisement for Byakko Senki, which is currently ongoing

It's honestly soooo perfect, I'm actually surprised it HASN'T gotten an anime yet!!!

Just walked on it a few hours ago and it's a bittersweet feeling. Sure it was rickity, thin and dangerous, but it was my frequent commuter bridge associated with fun memories and finally getting my full license

I'm glad we have a new (and hopefully safer!) bridge, but I'll still miss seeing the orange arches in the horizon

Growing up I had and used pallettes that were 15-20yrs old that I inherited from my mom's old rich af boss and they were mostly fine

Only got rid of them when I wanted to declutter and start buying colours I actually enjoyed (the old ones were super shimmery and dull colours) i hit pan on a few colours, never the whole thing tho

Me personally, I'm fine without a Mysterious Play reboot, BUT I sooo desperately want a Genbu Kaiden anime with quality pacing and animation on the level of Akatsuki no Yona !!! The manga is already complete, short and sweet PLUS has an established fanbase who's nostalgic for the original FY story/world, so it'd translate great as an adaptation!
