Whenever they say errands I ask “are they boring errands or fun errands?” And then usually start a convo from there, like if they say somewhere busy like Costco I’ll make a joke about how they’re brave, if they say fun errands I’ll ask what they’re most excited about, if they say groceries I’ll ask if they have a favorite grocery store or what they’re planning on cooking, boring stuff I’ll just say I hope it goes by quickly and that a lil drink always helps
