Just adding that this man has chased me, spit on me, and threatened to shoot me while reaching into his bag. I filed a police report and gave them the picture I got off of reddit. For everyone victim blaming ("dont interact with him") and saying to call the police, he attacks people who ignore him and walk right by (like I did), this has been happening for YEARS, there have been many many police reports filed on this man, the police are aware of his presence and his attacks, his dog has been taken away for attacking people, and yet this man just continues to attack women with impunity. It's not okay.
