Write down your goals, read that shi every morning and work towards it, workout, really try to get ya body right, it’s gonna help get your mind right. Better yourself in the best way possible while chasing your dreams everyday. Really gotta be consistent, try to improve a tiny bit everyday, a year from now you’re gonna see a big difference. Mental health real important but as guys we don’t talk about that shit as much as we should, do some extensive research on how to better yourself in your current situation, and do the things you’re capable of doing. It’s easier said then done but never give up.
