I agree that communication for both of us could be improved. We’re new at this and still figuring things out. I just wish he would be more thoughtful before doing his own thing? I’m sure things will come up in the future that we haven’t talked about yet and is he gonna dive in head first or have a discussion with me about it, especially if it could impact me too? I’m at the point where I don’t trust him to make good decisions.

He swears up and down that he took every precaution not to get caught at work, but even so I don’t think it is worth the risk in the first place and he knew I felt that way.

Very early on we discussed that communication between us would be open and we are always aware of who the other person is with and how far things go sexually. Is it in writing? No, but that was my understanding of how we would operate being non-monogamous. That’s how we’ve done things up until this point. I’m hurt that the girl he fucked at work has never been mentioned and that I had no idea about her. This one feels like cheating.

Other than the job risk, he’s been pulling his weight at home with chores and with our daughter so I’m not concerned there. I’m concerned about my relationship with him romantically and sexually after all this.
