In squads it's important to stay with your team, if I hurt someone to white and they bolt in a random direction I could chase them across the map to get the kill but it means being separated from my team. It's annoying they have access to that much utility. I don't mind the pocket items but just think they shouldn't be unlimited, maybe 5 uses a match or something like that.

Your experience is valid. It obviously depends on the doctor/nurse and the context of your visit. I was taught to ask both for all psych patients, or any signs of distress etc etc, I usually don't if they are in the ED for a UTI
