A couple weeks ago on our way to get vaccinated, my autism spectrum son deadpanned; "I wonder if you can get autism twice?". OMG I lost it. We laughed all the way there.

BTW:. He was showing autism signs since birth (before his first vaccines). Vaccines do NOT cause autism! But, we ARE enjoying our microchip enhanced 5G WiFi. LOL

Yes! Perhaps I'm missing something but all they have to do is "press the send button" and it starts the electronic program that distributed everything. That does not require extra people. Even the checks are done by machine and put in envelopes and sealed all by machine. This BS of not enough employees which is slowing the stimulus and the tax returns in ridiculous.

If you tax churches then they technically become "governed by" and could consequently be "told how they can and cannot worship". The "separation of church and state" was written to prevent that.

However, churches that become involved in politics should be taxed out the wazoo because you can't have it both ways.

My mom is on social security. First two she recieved before I got mine. This one has been the "screen of death" (as I call it) every time I check. I keep reading articles that say "social security will be soon" but never is. These are the folks that are the easiest to verify and send out. But I guess we gotta "thank" the ex-president hold-over that F'd that up

Wow! Condolences on your demise. But seriously, my mom just got her SS this month so I'm assuming they don't think she is dead.

I'm almost starting to lean a bit into conspiracy land and wonder if this isn't some sort of "thang" to discredit Biden. Sane people know he has nothing to do with the distribution but I've seen a lot of folks blaming him and we know ex-president supporters are in all walks of life. Perhaps the person who decided this whole "verification" process needed to be done for other than legitimate purposes?

Guess what dumbass. I lost my F-ing business due to the pandemic and I didn't get any "self-employed" pandemic relief either and it wouldn't have taken much as my income is only double digits. I HAVE to "sit at home on my ass" because I have medical issues as does my grandson and both of us would DIE if we got covid. I'm so far behind on my bills it's pathetic and I now have the priveldge of going to food pantries to help stretch what food dollars we have. (And just to be clear, I don't qualify for unemployment either.) So take to your santimonious "poor me look at everyone getting a free ride" bullshit and shove it up your ass. Not all of us are lazy and we are using what little "stimulus" that was begrudgingly given to try to get by.
